Training and Development

At F&J Electrical our employees are our greatest asset and we regard training and development as a very important component for the growth and success of the company.

Our staff are trained and qualified to competently fulfil their core activities with excellence. Annually, staff members attend various industry specific courses relevant to the needs of the company.

During 2014 our COO and three technicians successfully completed a Cable Accessory Installation Training Course at the Jiangsu Zhongchao Cable Corporation in the People’s Republic of China.  The course was about 50/88kV & 76/132kV for XLPE Insulated Power Cables, GIS Terminations, Outdoor Terminations and Joint Installations.
